remember:
-act fast
-take them out of there comfort zone
-be ready to take a hit
-do not focus on what you see
-act fast
-act fast
-and act fast!!!!!!!
as said in the video i have nothing against wing chun partitioners i just hate sparring with them
because of the awkward striking range i get frustrated by because i'm not used to it
so consider my words like a compliment

thank you for watching now go out there and train :)

  • You're just a poor nooby who is trying to look cool .. Go practice some real martial arts, and stop lying to people .. I bet a real Wing Chun artist will take you down in 5 seconds !

  • @Taekwoxing Actually their is a open invite to any martial artist/sportsman to have a good spar their where quite a few wing chun guys who tried

now i am not saying wing chun is bad but the people who have been at our gym where not really succesfull at taking anything down

  • WAIT WAIT WAIT i dont see the camera in the mirror

  • me haces reir bro

  • your making alot of assumptions as to what another MA would do in any given situtation. That is the mother of all f___ up's. Wing chun is for survival not a show sport MA. I'm not a tofu eating Wing chun purist either, but from what i've learned WC works just fine when applied correctly. So good luck and be safe

  • whats funny is that when you demonstrate, the guy with the orange belt moves more like a wing chun fighter than you do.

  • sometimes tthe student neglects the real meaing of kung fu. enlightenment, peace, harmony, and always ready to protect whats true.sorry for the long story but dont think id aimlessly hit him i meaning thhhats what sticky hands is for. a right lan sao and a left pak sao with a left inside kick to his inner thigh usually gets my partners on the floor or scrambling for balance.all in all.its the person not the style. so happy training and live life!!!

  • i practice wing chun.2 years so far.and it helps in a real life situration i know almost being robbed ..also most young wing chun students today learn the system but dont master it.2 years of training and im still running around wing chun schools and outside with friends of all types and have friendly sparrs.

  • If you lift your arms like that(protecting part of the head and chin) you are leaving your

ribs and stomach so unprotected, that one mawashi geri is going to find it's way to strike you down.

  • @Da1RiSiN1sMoKe

Good sifu would tell you never to fight. And you can't test it on tournaments, you just can't. Striking vital areas - eyes, neck, groin; breaking knees and arms is all unacceptable there. You shouldn't prove to anyone that WC is good or better or whatever, but if you do - go out and start beating/fighting people in real dangerous enviroment, where someone can go grab a knife or bottle and hurt you REALLY bad.

  • it all depends on the practicioner..i learn both kyokushin karate and wingchun (both just a newbie though) and i realized that both have their own + and -..

  • i practice wing chun and your right we do prefer point blank range, but almost all fights start in man sao range (5 or so feet away), but all we do really is learn to avoid long range attacks so we can close in to finish
