I guess you don't know anything about heavy metal drums.
He's on tempo, he's just changin it. He's playing virtuosly cause he's fucking good, whenever he has to play with his bands I bet my balls he's awesome on tempo.
He's having fun. And the "click" (also called Metronome) isnt helpful when you're just jamming OR working on Improvization, it just helps you while recording if you like otherwise is pretty useless.
This guy is a bomb, and with the years he Will become Atomic.

Well, you messed up with the timing a few times, which is very important when playing with a band. Imo you should play less virtuosly, and keep the tempo. Are you playing with a click? It's very helpful. Nice drumming though.
