Back Exercise, muscles worked: Lats

START POSITION: Standing facing cables set at highest position, extend arm over head with elbow straight and grasp handle. MOVEMENT: Keeping arm straight and palm facing down, press handle down to side until arm is pointing to floor. Return to start position and repeat.
