Dec 20, 2007. Seattle. A tug captain recklessly speeds out of Seattle's Elliot Bay, pushing a barge with sand and gravel, and almost a collides with another tug!

Let me educate you, The tug with the barges isnt even underway, he is standing by for something and is drfiting with the tide. The tug that is underwasy is a light tug going to a job, probably to pick up a ship assit etc. THe barges are inspected, as well as all tugs now.

If you and your bloviating comment really think that there was some sort of loss of control or near collision , then I suggest that you never observe barge traffic in Houston Tx or N.O, LA.
