i think that might be an automatic e-brake(hand brake), using it to slide the car around that corner

if u pause at 4:30, the two pedals you see are the clutch on left and brake on right...the acceleration pedal does not show because it is smaller and more to the right side of the pedal setup

0:18 to 0:25 is repeated at 1:57 to 2:05 but this time from an interior view inside one of the Mercedes. If you look closely in both shots you can see the car pass the same yellow corvette and white renault clio XD

I really do like this film. Althought the plot holes are terrible the script is horrible at times(im going off the subtitles though) I love cars and hiphop though so i enjoy this film, and especially this scene!

Btw, the red e class's used in the film are not e500's, as the arches are the standard size. Im no sure what they were as the sound they used in the scenes were of 4 cylinder and v6.
