look up kargyraa tutorial on youtube.

kargyraa is a Tuvan variant of throat singing that is very similar to this.

If you can do kargyraa imitate this monks mouth shape and there you have it.

I have taught myself how to do this, it may seem impossible at first but with consistent practice it is learnable.
