What is up with the italian pasta? Is this Hungarian or Italian? No tomatoes whatsoever go into the authentic Chicken Paprikas. Don't know what country this is from!

Why all the comments about tomatoes? Does Hungary not have tomatoes? Are they outlawed? I just did a keyword search "Hungarian recipe tomatoes" and rec'd over 2 mil hits.
Do Italian recipes include sour cream and paprika? (none that I have ever heard of).
Seriously, I do not claim the recipe to be "authentic" or otherwise. I just like the taste and the title is what it is.....
