@Acidicheartburn just use the fo3 unarchiver. all the npc sounds were .ogg though.

@UntouchedShadovv If you download and install the Fallout 3 G.E.C.K. game editor, as long as you have Fallout 3 on the PC, you should be able to find the sound file. It has been a while since I did any editing using the G.E.C.K. though, so I don't remember the specifics.
