Smolka, no shield, no ID, Just another NYPD thug.
Threw the girl off her bike, right near where the other cop did it and is now under indictment.
Smolka snuck off to Florida and retired with help from the criminals in the NYPD.
I think he needs to be extradited. Chiefs have to take punishment just like the troops.
I don't see where she was going against the traffic....

And regarding this video, what's worse isn't the actual cop attack (there are bad seeds everywhere) but that other people are willing to accept it because their afraid of terrorism. If americans keep this up someday they be arrested for terrorism and denied the right to a fair trial... oh wait that has happened already...

Those middle class values might make you think that cops rush to the scene of a crime, like they would in the suburbs or on t.v, but in places like the South Bronx and parts of Brooklyn--it just ain't true. And for a mugging? Laughable. You'd be pushing your luck for them to fill out a police report correctly.
