Whenever you do anything clean cut like profiling, you make loop holes very easy to consider. There are countless more regulations that can be taken to reduce the risk of a terrorist harming any american.

This is the way he talks. I have listened to him before. The fact is most of the senators have been up most of the night for weeks. If he is drunk he still made a lot of sense.
