I used to live in a certain area of Michigan where being gay is an absolute no-go. Having Obama fight for the LGBT community is such a relief for me! Now, even when I moved out of that area of MI, I still root for Obama. Because that I am able to walk hand in hand with my girlfriend, is something everyone should be able to do: Walk with the one you love without having to be super careful whether or not people are watching you.

I agree that gay marriage should be legal. If you were gay you would want the same rights as straight people. It should be legal.
