I was recently in an accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down. I want to do this more than anything, I've loved horses all of my life and never thought I would be able to ride again. I cannot find a place though near me to do this at =[ I'm so glad to know there is hope though ^^ thanks CRFoundation!!

I thank everyone who starts programs like this. My brother is disabled and he loves horses like i do! I dont know what we would do without horses. THR (theraputic horseback riding) is good because horses movement is like a humans so children (my bro) that have trouble walking get better. I know i notice it. It helps with other things too. Like learn his colors and shapes (the arena is decorated) and and so much! I love programs like this lol i said that

yes it does teach them how to ride, there are people that i know that compete at top level dressage and have won so obviously they are able to ride a horse

They have disabilitys, Hence that word, they cant ride like we can, so please dont down these people, you just thank God that you are not paralyzed and also pray for those who are!
