@Zenboy23 That's interesting, but I also believe what monks were getting at is that thinking about "Buddha" and about "Nirvana" is "shit" (a waste of time) because one should be busy "Being a Buddha" not "Thinking about a Buddha".

@trulaos since the old times zen masters have used stupid, shit, etc. and such words even referring to the Buddha, so we can see past the dualistic nature of words, "proper and not proper language" and so on ;)
