♥One Shot: 7 Minutes in Heaven♥

You where invited to your best friends birthday party. Of course, you knew how these types of parties went. After a while of talking and dancing, people got bored. Then one game gets stuck in your head: 7 minutes in heaven. This is the stage youre at now.
You look around the room. You know none of the guys playing. Thats good, you wont be as embarrassed. You smile slightly when you see Nikki, your best friend, taking one thing from each guy and putting it in a hat.
_____! You go first! Nikki shoves your hand in the hat. You glare at her evilly; she knows that you hate this game. You take out a pink and black braided bracelet and held it up. One of the emo guys got up and walked straight to the closet, looking at the ground. You look over to Nikki, who just shrugged. You heard a few whispers of pity as you walked to the closet.
You get in the closet to see the guy looking down at the floor again. After a minute of silence, you start to get mad at the silence.
is something wrong? you ask loud enough for him to hear.
No response. You get more annoyed by the second, and start raising your voice.
Look, if youre going to be an idiot about this, then Ill just leave!
No response.
Just as you were about to open the door, he grabs your arm.
Wait he whispers.
What? You turn around and give him your worst death glare.
Im sorry its just that my girlfriend just... broke up with me. He tells you, his voice wavering. Immediately, your expression softens. You walk over to him and wrap your arms around him. You rest your head on his shoulder.
Honey, its gonna be ok. Breakups suck. Trust me; Ive been through a lot. Especially when you really love that person and you think that that person was the one for you That happened to me you trail off, remembering your ex.
Who would dump you? I mean youre beautiful he whispered the last part while he looked up at you. You saw the most amazing, bright blue eyes you had ever seen. Your mouth dropped as you gazed into them. He laughed lightly.
Youre drooling, love he said, gently closing your mouth for you. You quickly pass your sleeve across your mouth, embarrassed.
Sokay, you know, I dont mind you drooling over me he said jokingly. You blush and hug him closer. You jump when you feel his warm arms wrap around you, hugging you back. He nuzzles his head into your shoulder, kissing it quickly.
I know Im just getting over someone, but can we go out sometime? Youre the first person to care and I think I might like you he confesses, whispering.
Id like that. You say, smiling. Oh and by the way, Im _____
Im Riley he says.
Times up you guy! Nikki shouts from the other side of the door. You both walk out holding hands and enjoy the rest of the party.
