During this interview series, hosted by Luis Figueroa; Michael Strong, the author of the bestseller "The Habit of Thought", describes the theory, basis and vision of Socratic practice. In Chapter Three, Four Classroom Models: Integrating Socratic Seminars into Content-Driven Classrooms; Strong explains how classroom contents can be integrated with Socratic practice by developing student-driven discussions. This method helps the student to develop an independent judgement, abandon the passive attitude, and learn to take responsibility for his own ideas and learning.
