@missshygirl101 He wasn't going to do all that (At least I hope not, LMAO!!!), but he was probably wanting to call all the shots behind the scenes- like writing, producing and playing all the instruments on the album. Keep in mind that he did just that on the first two albums from The Time- and they were very skilled musicians! Skilled enough to make Prince consider them a threat!
If they had signed with Paisley Park, you probably wouldn't have heard from them again after the first album, LOL!
