Animation by Andrew Plaskett - Futures Series 09 "Writing a Winning CV"

I was paid on an hourly basis to produce a series of short films, each one to be used as a visual aide for a series of booklets for Futures, a service at UCLan University that offers employment and career support. This short film uses pre-existing characters and animates them in a new and lively manner, to draw interest from students to use the service that Futures supplies.

This particular animation is #09 of 15 in the booklet series "Writing a Winning CV" and is not so much advice on how to write a CV, but more a sampler film that comes with the moral "If you are stuck, come to Futures and we will help you."

Film was animated on Toonboom V4 in 120 hours, including storyboard and idea brainstorming.

this was really enjoyable to watch, we love 2D animation becuase of so much that you can bring to life the old fashion way, even though it probably is Tradigital. Love the characters and all the squash and stretch, everything was really enjoyable to watch, and the charcaters as well. the ending i loved the most, so sudden and right to the point of winning CV's. great animation *thumbs up
