Yes, Satio will be able to run really good 3D games since there is hardware accelerated graphics. I have seen some and it looks really good.

too bad it runs symbian. I have another phone (nokia) running s60, basically the same as this and it is not all that stable, or pleasing for that matter. The phone its self is slow hardware wise, at least when compared with the bigger badder smartphones out there but you shouldn't need any more than a 400mhz arm11 and maybe 32 mb of ram to pull it off, especially with hardware gfx acceleration. You don't even need that.

Shame SE dropped the Satio like a stone when it got some bad press. Plus the audio capabilities of the phone were VERY primitive so the prospect of 'really great games' was never gonna happen. For games I'll stick to the PC with my GTX460 -if I'm bored out n about a game of labyrinth will pass the time.
I am a Satio owner and I do like the device, it's a shame that it was treated like the ginger stepchild of the SE line.

urmm can anyone tell me where and how to donload decent or any games for this thing? i presume it has plenty off apps in an 'app store' like thee i phone? plese help lol getting one next few days lol
