Just weeks before the start of fall classes, LCC President Dr. Brent Knight agreed to sit down with LCC TV The Link to talk budget woes, the community, the economy and even dished about some personal fun facts. The goal was to give current and future students the real low down about whats happening at LCC & how the college plans to continue to serve them best. We also got a chance to get to know them man running the show and why he thinks things are looking up for LCC even though the economy looks down. This never defines what Dr. Knight means by "culture change." What was his perception of the existing culture? In what specific ways must it change? This is just cliches and buzzwords such as "doing more with less" and "efficiencies." It is going to be hard for him to get people on board with his vision until he can more accurately and specifically explain it.
