no way,this is not how you make doubles.at least not in Trini,it never touches a table or counter top,spread out and all that,by the time you get this,it's already cold ass hell.

This had to be in the US cause dat man too slow on de doubles ... hahaha. He would never last in Curepe. Everything there looks good though ... mmmmmm

The sauce is curry and tamrind based, and the doubles itself is called a barra. Hope that you liked it!
