Nope, the only thing that would worry you is receiving the wrong item,

also if there is a date on the package or product / whatever it is, its the manufacture date not expiration date

i bought on ebay and i found out i'ts not authentic. just look at the back of the tube 22:59 you can see the authentic is written in black(lioele logo etc.), the one that i bought is pink lioele logo. and it's so sticky on face if you put it on. #what a waste

I think that they oxidize a little bit after a few minutes/hours, so I think that since the color darkens a bit; most of the BB creams could work for the lighter side of medium skin tones. ^u^
