Zul'Gurub Raptor and Tiger boss solo

Easy solo of the raptor and tiger boss in ZG. DKs, rets, feral druids and good enhance shamans should be able to solo the raptor. The tiger should be easily soloable by most every class.

The bar that has all the CD timers is called ForteXorcist, but the specific timers for CS, judge etc i just made in power auras, another addon. They did fix the evade bug, but i can still easily solo it as prot.
