Thanks, I have tried for years to gain weight. Being a skinny female is hard. I can never find clothes that fit on me right and my appetite is so small. I have tried everything.

At the gym I worked on lots of core stuff more than anything else. I did lots of chest presses, sit-ups, etc.. I never gave up and I kept at it. Now 2 years later I have muscle and you cant see any of my bones sticking out anymore. :D I have a very noticeable 6 pack and I can make my pecks dance and my shoulders are much broader and stronger. I look really good and it feels great. For all you skinny guys, just dont give up and dont get discouraged I know what its like to be skinny, it sucks

Im 19 and I moved from America to Australia 2 years ago and none of the food agreed with me at all. Ill hated all of it. I used to eat junk food and shit all the time; I was really skinny. I got fed up with being thin, so I ate fruit all throughout the day, had cereal and eggs for breakfast with a protein shake, I ate many different pastas for lunch, and meat and vegetables for dinner. I also ate 2 table spoons of peanut butter and flaxseed oil everyday. I worked out at the gym 4 times a week.

@gaminkalv Try:1.a good ginseng (Imperial Elixer Korean Red will do) 2. beans at night and prune juice in the morning, this will make you crap and if you flush your system your body will be begging for more food/nutrients, 3. Metabolically demanding workouts: 20 rep breathing squats, 5-10 rep clean and presses, deadlifts stc... 4. Dessicated liver and a good multivitamin boosts the appetite. 5. Eat a raw breakfast: fresh oj, lots of raw honey, 5 raw eggs (beaten), and a bannana= great drink

i am 15 years old i have been underweight my hole life im am 93 pounds and 5.5 u can see my hart beat out of my chest yes im that skinny i need serious help i thoght smoking weed would help from the munches i did that for about 2 year and no a single pound plz help me i would appresate it thank u.
