There are about 2 dozen voices is built into my Mac. Apple's OSX 10.5 has more natural sounding voices but my laptop is a few years old and just meets the requirements to use it. Voices can be altered with a great program called Narrator that gives them less of of a robotic quality if desired.
Narrator for Apple computers is made by a small 1 man company called Dejal. Some voices available are in Spanish, French or German and if you listen to the end of my Klutter video, you will hear one in dog. The voice on this is basically Agnes. The Apple voices can pronounce many words correctly, but sometimes I have to spell uncommon words phonetically. Recognize speech can be done by typing Wreck A Nice Beach.
how did you get this robotic voice. I'd like to know what program you used. Hope you don't mind :)

I have a windows, and my narrator has 2 voices, Sam and Anna.
But what I want to know is how do you get them to say the words because it only says the letters I type.

Narrator for Windows is not the same program.
