The past few days I figured out how to do a muscle up on my xtreme rings. They're still a bit shaky and I use a large swing but it's a start.
The back levers would need some corrections too and I have yet to figure out the rolls. I was just messing around a bit.
Oh, and I've always wanted to use this song (Bill Conti - Going the Distance) in one of my training videos.

If you want to improve muscle up, try practise doing them in reverse.
You got any tips for back lever? I am plateauing with a flat back, bent knee back lever! Annoying! What progression u use?

@robertyates99 hmmm i just started inverting myself extended and lowering down a bit each time more until horizontal.
I didn't have coache's book yet so all I knew was from the beastskills article.
