Integrating Dance Into Hooping

This is a tutorial about integrating dance into hoopdance. It includes one piece of armwork and one piece of footwork along with several variations of each that can be combined to create over 100 different combinations. Yes, those are my favorite too. You can even trail your fingers along the side of your face on the way down to increase the effect. It's also helpful to go down sloooowly and the return to the top faster. It's the hand dropping down part that's the most beautiful.
