@liveandloveone801 Regarding them getting farther than I will ever do; They made approximately 120 million gross in sales and concerts over the years 1995 to 2007. Lets say that operating/producing expenses ( Plus Sony, Renshaw, Weinstein, Kopple, and the plethora of lyricists and songwriters that produced nearly all their "original" music) got 80%. Divide by 3 for each, then divide by 16 years, thats annually 500K. Now, calculate higher living costs (big houses, security..). I did as well.
