Dude, i have software's but for a beginner i need advice for making the right choice with keyboard and midi's with great sounds for around 2-350-ish dollars, (depressing) i wanna step my game uup!

For example when i searched for "Maxx getaway keyboard" i find a tutorial on how to play that song, In the description it says I need to use a voice called GM Blown bottle i dont have that voice on my toy MIDI keyboard, is there somwhere i can download it? And what software will I need?

Anyone help please. Im total beginner.
I have a cheap toys MIDI-Keyboard "MUSIC Time Keyboard 670" The sound in it is of course really bad, but since it has a MIDI output i understand that it should be possible to use somesort of computer software and a MIDI-USB interface and let the computer stand for the sound instead.
So lets say that i watch a tutorial here on youtube on how to play a song, and the description tells what voices you need can i download that voice and play it?

I took your advice and got me a board now I gotta learn to play so im takin time off the beats to REALLY focus on getting better at this craft of ours we share.
I just started dvd coarses today and I actually know what a notes are what keys and where to find them. No more pointin and clickin to make tracks for my blacks ass lol its time to step up.
