Why are Neo-Cons whining over the Obama cabinet? Seems like the people he is choosing would be similar to the types of people McCain would have. All a bunch of AIPAC cheerleaders eager to cause more destruction in the Middle East. New boss, same as the old boss. You Neo-Cons need to come to grips with the fact that you aren't that much different than the Liberal Left.

One thing I can say for Obama is, at least he met up with the punk mohican. When I was in high school I had a nice row of liberty spikes. We had the opportunity to meet with Dan Quayle's wife at the school library an opportunity exclusively for student council members. The secret servicemen guarding the door wouldn't let me in. Thank you secret service! I owe you one. Also heartening my dislike of government. I quit student council soon after.

Very articulate as usual and you can effectively communicate pretty much the same thoughts I have. I don't consider my self to be a conservative, a liberal, anything in between, nor can I say I fall anywhere on the political line. I consider myself to be someone that strives to ignore the distractions and get to the facts of the matter. That being said are you certain that you are a conservative?

I don't hear him changing his attitude about the five dollar bill. A lot of southerners feel that the confederate flag was about oppression over individual states more than it was about slavery - as far as I can see, Lincoln felt the same.

And this certainly isn't about race. Although I wouldn't know why such a respectable individual like you, who clearly doesn't seem to see race, would want to bring that up.
