:: I do not own this video, copyrights owned by Compassion Korea. I do not speak Korean, and I'm sorry there is no English translation that I can provide. This private video is truly touching that I decided to share it. :: The story of Neldi and Sejin: Neldi Tay Maranja of Waingapu, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia only has one leg. An accident in December 2008 took half of his right leg away, but never his spirit. At his Compassion project and at school, he remains in full spirit in sports, especially soccer, his favorite sports, despite his having to use the crutches his uncle made him to support his walk. A Korean boy, Sejin Kim, wanted to sponsor a child of the same physical condition as his. He wanted to help another disabled child at his best; to give strength and encouragement to keep living life optimistically. Sejin has proved that he can overcome many obstacles despite his physical limitations. He won many Paralympics swimming matches in Korea. And so Sejin decided to sponsor Neldi. To show that he truly cares, he donated his prosthetic leg he once used to climb the top of Rocky Mountains to Neldi. He hopes that Neldi will be able to walk again like he does with the prosthetic legs. Sejin is committed to keep donating more prothetic legs as Neldi will grow older. On Sep 29-Oct 1, 2009, Neldi and Sejin met in Bali. This video bears witness to how God's pure love and caring bounds two of His children together.
