鶏ももひき肉 500グラム(もも肉が最適です。胸肉はボソボソします)
卵 2個
小麦粉 大さじ4  
けしの実または白ごま 適宜
(調味料)
砂糖 小さじ2
みりん 大さじ2
日本酒 大さじ1
味噌 小さじ2
塩 小さじ1/4
生姜汁 少々
