This really sounds like the Bradley Method. I'm goona check out what the difference is. Lamaze is more breathing techniques and relaxation while lying in bed or walking until you're ready for the epidural. Bradley prepares you for the 3 stages of labor without ANY pain meds and only 1 breathing patter during labor, another during pushing. I wonder what's different in this one.

Lamaze has different breathing techniques than Bradley, but yall are right... these are old standard methods and she just put her name on them...

Basically this has been around for 40 or 50 years and it's called THE BRADLEY METHOD.

I read "Husband Coached Childbirth" from Dr. Bradley and it seems to nothing new except that she is OK with epidurals which is the opposite of Bradley.

I don't understand how is this a 'new' method? I went to lamaze classes 9 years ago and this was all information that was discussed there. So, to me, this is someone that is taking credit for something already out there. Nothing new...
