File a False allegation. write a boguss petition,no evidence required, Kidnap innocent children, collect County, State, Federal funds, grants,social security, bonuses, AFDC, order the innocent parents to pay child support,put the children on drugs to shut them up,(thats extra money) now the child is special needs, more money for that. WOW THATS CHILD TRAFFICKING !!

You have to realize that these people see the darkest part of society everyday. When that is what you see everyday, that is what you are looking for and that is what you find, even if it is not real. That is human nature. What filing in Federal Court does, is interrupts the pattern they are caught up in. Like a child who sees monsters in his dark bed room, and cries out. He is not being malicious, he is really afraid even though what he is afraid of is only a shadow.

Many years ago,during a nasty divorce, my ex claimed welfare benefits on kids that were living with me. SRS, the DA and the 18th Judicial Court kept coming after me for child support even thought I had sole custody. They were not being jerks, it was all the law allowed them to do, Until the Federal Court got involved. Within 5 mins, literally, of my faxing the Orders to appear to the 18th, the DA and SRS, they undid everything, stopped the garnishment, and refunded all the money they had taken.
