Very elegant. You are going ahead with grace. Keep it up. Could you share what kind of kind of food you are eating? I've recently cut out wheat and lentils from my diet and made it basically vegetables and fruits diet, and I have noticed unmistakable changes in my body.

I actually need to work on my diet...I need to cut out sugars and add more good proteins (nuts, wild salmon) to my diet since I have a tendency to be anemic
