The Final Frontier is perfection, I cant fault a song on the album it just takes a few listens because its so different to previous maiden.

@mardochee2009 The Aztecs were killed by CATHOLIC conquistadors, by direct order of the church. You kinda left that one out there. The Inquisition was innocent people being fiendishly tortured to death, by the church. Whatever good they're accomplished through the centuries is far outweighed by the countless evil they have caused. I'm am sure Catholicism horrifies God as much if not more than anything his children have ever done.

@MaxPayneIzRudog Ok, I'll take your word on it. I have no idea what "Orthodox" means in regards to Christianity except the fact that it's another branch. I know a lot more about Catholics, Baptists, Mormons, etc. You don't get many Orthodox types in the Midwest US.

@karlmoles65 Eastern Orthodox are the only type of Orthodox Christians. And by that I mean Russians, Serbs, Bulgarins, Greeks, Romanians, Ukrainians, Macedonians and others.

According to catharism sex was evil as a matter of fact the souls are trapped in flesh because of procreation and procreation consist in sex. Those who received the "consolamentum" mustn't have sex!!!! Sex, beauty, money, food sometimes are traps (like consumption society which consist in sex beauty money ...cf Baudrillard)

@TheMetalguitarguy Actually, from what I've read none refused to recant, the number is an estimate only, historians aren't sure how many exactly died, but at least 200. We know some of the garrison actually converted and chose to die instead of going free. Montsegur fell in Mar 1244

@mardochee2009 I read a book on the Occitan War, and if memory serves me correctly, many of the battles were fought in the winter. On top of that, Montsegur fell at the beginning of March. They had been under siege for over a year. So what is this about no war in the winter? LOL

And also, they didn't view sex as evil, they viewed physical creation as evil, or at least that's what the Inquisitors said who wrote it down. The Cathars wrote nothing that survives. And they wore blue.
