樹の乙女~千年のヴィーゲンリート~ (Ki no otome ~Sen-nen no vu~igenrito~) = The Wooden Girl ~Millennium of Wiegenlied~ (aka Spirit of Eld)

Song by mothy (Akuno-P・悪ノP)
Sung by Hatsune Miku & Yowane Haku (初音ミク・弱音ハク)

Album: Evils Court (available on iTunes)
Artist: mothy
Year: 2011
Track 5 of 11

English: Fyredra (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcRWTUWMGG8&feature=related)
Romaji: Tosca3007 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4NKUBEY4mo)
Kanji: azatoth (http://d.hatena.ne.jp/azatoth/?of=5)

So, after reading the english translation, I'm pretty positive this is Miku's perspective for the Story of Evil series.
In the middle, when there are green and white subs, the green is Miku and the white is Haku. But for the rest of the song, it's just Miku
And sorry in advance if there are a bunch of errors. I kind of...rushed. sorry error#1: at the beginning, "一" is read "hito" not "ichi"

*translator's notes:
*Wiegenlied = Lullaby (German)
**Michaela/Girl of Green's use of 'kare' here suggests that she was in a relationship with Kyle/King of Blue. However, it's been stated by Keel Freesis in the novel that she did not return Kyle's love.
***This refers to the Country of Green/Elphegort.
****The novel suggests that Allen/Len was not necessarily the one who killed her. It could have been a novel character that we have not seen in the songs yet, but as is Mothy's trademark, everything is ambiguous. Allen did see her body.

I DO NOT OWN THIS ALL RIGHTS GO TO MOTHY AND ICHIKA

  • could someone help me piece this together please? is this part of the akuno series? i know its probubly linked to the seven sin series too or something. could someone who knows please send me what songs are in this and what order they go in? xD

  • @mewpudding1234 This is part of the Story of Evil (in a vague chronological order):

    1) Twiright Prank

    2) Daughter of Evil (Aku no Musume)

    3) Servant of Evil (Aku no Meshitsukai)

    3) Regret Message

    4) Re_Birthday

    5) Daughter of White (Shiro no Musume)

    6) Spirit of Eld

and to explain the songs: ht tp : // vocaloid. wikia. com / wiki/ Story _of_Evil (remove spaces)

  • @rekuiemuta actually I dont think Twiright Prank is a real part of the series, as it being completely irrelevant from the others....thats just my opinion tho...

  • @MrIhatemakinusername mothy composed Twiright Prank for the Theatre Play event, which was based on the Story of Evil. Also due the fact that it is included in the Evils Kingdom album, I think it is very much a part of the series.

  • These are awesome subs! :) Great work.

  • @Fyredra all thanks to your translation^^

  • So now we know Michaela's true role in the Evils Series! She is the Spirit of ELD, transformed by Elluka the sorceress granting Clarise's wish for a friend, becoming Michaela! Even though she knew she could no longer become spirit again, Michaela still decided to become a Clarise's human friend. But then in the process, Kyle fell in love with her and rejected Rilliane's marriage proposal, causing her to send Allen "the golden haired assassin" in which Michaela dies by the knife...LOVING THIS!!!!

  • @999roze I wonder: What if Ney knew she had to kill Michaela, but Allen stepped ahead under Rillianne's orders, so she said to Queen Marlon "I did it"? I guess that's what happens when a theory (Allen being guilty) has been so much time on the internet. I'll try to figure it out once I get my Aku no Musume guide next week (hopefully).

  • For me, this song is more sad than Servant of Evil...

  • @Valuabl3Sh3aves More likely Ney did it. She's pretty Ax Crazy and only really loyal to her mother.

I wonder if Kyle realizes he's a puppet, though.

  • @LittleMissMimic Yes. Michaela is the one asking "Who are you" to the person that was to kill her.

  • @VocaloidFangirl01 But, I put Re_birthday as last too. Since in Capriccio Farce, Allen still has the chains, meaning that his release is in EC999 or in the Utopia.

  • @VocaloidFangirl01 They weren't reborn as Vocaloids in the original PV. Allen just says "I will meet you soon"

  • @conan1904 How about "Lady/Maiden of the Tree"? Would that mean she's the one who says the "Who, are you?" keyword in the velvet PVs?

  • @newquestion15 Rilliane ordered Allen to kill Michaela, but he loved her too much for that. Ney seems more likely to have killed her. All we know for sure is that Allen did see her body. But if you pause at "Boku ga sore ni kotae you/Doushite namida ga tomaranai" in the original Meshistukai PV, there's a picture of a hand in a yellow sleeve covered in blood. Could be Allen. Could be Ney.

  • @rekuiemuta actually Re_birthday is the very last one because thats the one where they all reborn and become vocaloids yay :D

  • If you could be reborn.... if you can be reborn WHAT? TELL MEMIKUUUU!!!!

Nice song btw. Ties the whole story together. AMAZING!

  • @rekuiemuta I actually put Re_birthday at the end for mine...on my ipod....cause it makes a little more sense to me as a sad/happy ending

    :)
