If government money encourage and perpetuates poverty, how come the coroporate members and the wealthy who receive massive tax breaks aren't living in poverty then?

Well, OK, if true, what that means, you simple-minded twat, is that he has a very good idea where the funding for projects X, Y, and Z were going, and what those projects, ostensibly, were about.
