@Suplexmaschine He correctly deduced that neither Barry nor Lex had a hand strong enough to call his push. Thus he is in fact quite sick for making a great read and then having the balls to back it up with his entire stack.
But the way your objection is structured is just ridiculous. You could trivialize any great play with the same logic. I.e., making a soul read and calling a push with bottom pair. "If his opponent had AA, he's fucked!"

That's not sick, that's bluffing. It can work sometimes, but if anybody on the Table has AA AK or sth else good - he's fucked.
