Not too much, all you need is:
Full exhaust system
Good induction kit
High lift cams (proper high lift that gets rid of VTEC), so the power comes in straight away.
High compression pistons.
High flow injectors and better throttle body.
ECU remap so everything runs properly and is tuned for power.
With this done, you should be pushing very close to 300bhp.
Although, I personally wouldn't go to Icetronix, because every time I spoke to their "specialists", they didn't seem to know too much.

Quick, but still cant beat the tuning factory crx @240.. havnt got under that magical minute yet
