I used 25x25 ERW with 2mm wall the book says 1.6mm but its only about 6kg extra. The cross braces are 19x19 think 1.6mm.
The rear end and back half of the tub are book measurements. But from where the chassis starts to narrow down that is all a bit different. The firewall is in the standard location but the engine bay has a 135mm strech.
