  • @jptanev idealy you stretch when you wake up. before you run. after you run and if you want before you go to sleep...of course she isnt an "expert runnner" but she knows more than you

    She did awful job. She cheat you that she's an expert.

There are also some useful tips in the lectures of Christopher McDougall on "AtGoogleTalks" channel. You can also download for free PDF book: "Running Fast and Injury Free" by Gordon Pirie.

    That's for free. You can also buy some books or DVD's from REAL expert.
