Taking our hog roast off the heat after about 10hrs cooking time.

  • Oh god! I am sorry to say that I would be pivking very carefully what piece of that pig I would eat. Its burnt, no? Anyway that pig weighs about 60 kilos by looks of things, the best is when it weighs about 30 kilos (when alive) and the heat has to gradually be added so it doesnt get burnt. was it raw inside or cooked?
