This is one of the most epic R&B songs in the history of music.

The version version of this on her Live And More Album is like 2 minutes longer; they chopped out a big chunk of One of A Kind.

This 12" actually has the complete suite in all it's glory as it appeared on 'Live & More'. I hated to do it but sadly, I had to edit it down due to time constraints. YouTube allows longer videos for some accounts but with the amount of copyright claims I've racked up from the content I post, it'll never happen on this channel. The full suite may appear on one of my other channels one day...Who knows?

Nope. The center line of dots is standard LP speed; they appear stationary when the turntable spins at a prescribed 33.3 revolutions per minute - two lines of dots lining up would be like existing in the past and future at the same time. Woah.

Beautiful song. (yes, I realize Richard Harris was the original singer, even heard Glen Campbell's version- All good), but this one is unique in the way Donna Summer sings it. Became one of my favorites from when I first heard it in the fall of 1978. Her powerful and clear voice does this song justice. I don't think anyone would mind if I were to dedicate this beautiful work to Donna who was also beautiful. We miss you, RIP Donna. Mike in Fresno, Ca.

Even if you don't care for the song, or understand it, there's no question that Donna Summer had an awesome voice and an incredible ability to sing. She didn't have music videos, internet or MTV to depend on like most of todays entertainers. She was talented, beautiful, creative and entertaining! Listen to the power in her voice in her Loves About To Change or Melody of Love. Her voice is unique and stands out above the rest.

Wow, this makes the original Richard Harris MacArthur Park seem short by comparison and that song is really long.
