Selena-(running around her block) (stops in her front gate) (takes out her ear phones) (checks the mail)
Nick-(walking out of his house and starts walking to his car)
Selena-(notices) (sees there's a letter for nick in her mailbox) (thinking: fuck me) (turns around) Nick!
Nick-(looks at her)
Selena-this is yours, it was in my mail box (hands him the envelope)
Nick-(looks at the envelope) thank you
Selena-you're welcome (looks at him)
Nick-(looks at her for a bit) (starts to walk away)
Selena-have you even considered apologizing?
Nick-(smirks) (turns around) why should i?
Selena-because you were the one that was acting like the asshole
Nick-(scoffs) and you want me to apologize?
Selena-(mad) why are you acting like such a dick?
Nick-i'm not acting like a dick...it's just i honestly don't think i'm the one who should apologize
Selena-oh really? because bringing up David was totally ok
Nick-ok fine i'll admit that was a little out of line but i don't take back what i said about taylor...and the only reason i said those things was because you were saying things about Lucy
Selena-oh so now it's my fault?

Selena-(glares at him) well i'm not gonna apologize for what i said because it was the truth and even if you won't admit out loud you know it's true

Nick-(glares at her) thanks for the mail (walks off)
Selena-(glaring at him as he walks away)

Selena-(doesn't say anything)

Selena-(sighs) to fix it (walks out of her house and over to Nick's) (Knocks on the door)
(NO ONE ANSWERS)
Selena-(turns around and sees Nick's car parked on the street) (turns back around and knocks on the door once again)
Nick-(opens the door) (surprised/confused) Selena?
Selena-(half-smiles) hey Nick
Nick-hey...did you need something?
Selena-yeah to talk
Lucy-(walks over to Nick) who's at the- (sees Selena)
Selena-(surprised)

Nick-so what did you need to talk about?
Lucy-(looks at her)
Selena-(looks at Lucy and then back at Nick) it can wait...it's not really that important

Selena-(nods) yeah (forces a smile)

Nick-i'm guessing you're not mad anymore since you came over yesterday
Selena-wrong (turns to face the horizon)

Nick-(half-smiles and steps out of his window to sit on his roof) so what did you want to talk about?
Selena-i was going to apologize
