The Lebanese Army is not really equipped for great things such as anti-ship missiles or even anti-air fighting capability. The navy basically has a few watercrafts normally used for fighting smugglers. The air force will soon have MI 24 gunships so it will be a great anti-ground asset. The tanks normally used are T-55's. Soon we will have T-72, Leopard 1 and M60's. There are talks about acquiring the latest T-90 tank from Russia. Hope it goes well.
