Living Tao developed the circles of Tai Ji starting in the 1970's and they have undergone modifications ever since. It is a beautiful series of movements that have many components in meditation, exercise, psychology and spirituality. At the time of the first development, Chungliang Al Huang was President and Jay Goldfarb was the Executive Director, with other co-founders being involved - Mary Ann Brennan, Dr. Harold Miller, Harriet Witt and Gail Roseman. The 1st circle covers the beginning of the Tai Ji forms, Pong, Lu, Ji, Ahn, single whip, white crane cools it's wing, bow and arrow, etc. The 1st circle and the 5-elements forms make up the "core program" of Living Tao movement and there are additional circles. Those aware of Qi Gong are also able to bring the movement of Qi into a central aspect of doing the practices.
Good moves and well balanced.
