@tgggs well, to me the repetitions underline the importance of really listening, as you will hear all the little changes in timbre over time, that is how techno sucks you in more than any other genere ;)

Why repetitive?

Well it's been years since I did it, but...

Put on some comfy clothes and trainers. Find a club with a good DJ who can seamlessly mix this stuff for hours of continuous beats. Perhaps take an E or a tab of acid. Dance for hours. For me this music has always been the real trance. It was always my favourite to mix too.
