@lelsieldeleon37 I'm a storm chaser. First of all, there is a needle funnel located 8 seconds into the video. Also it is not uncommon for a tornado to occur without rains. You don't need 114 mph winds either, a EF-0 tornado is 65-85 MPH. It goes up to EF-5 which is over 200 MPH.
