Efffects of Nytol - Waffling about different things.

I thought I would record the effects of Nytol sleeping tablets it lead me to talking excessively drowsiness and in the end, it actually made me feel unconsious througout the night. It's better to take one and then put your head on A pillow, in the morning I felt quite buzzed up, but maybe because I was hyped to get up or something. I was going to bed before I made the video so my hair, clothing whatever do not judge :)

Hey, so would you say nytol are worth giving a try? I hae a lot of trouble sleeping?

@AprilHarvee1 Hey, Yeah it's actually worth giving it A try, but don't use it like all the time. Once every so often when you NEED to sleep but can't is best. The more often you take it the less effect it will have cause your body will just get acustom to it.

Once you take the tablet, just get changed & lie down your drift off instantly. Let me know what you think.

Pfft... you should get yourself prescription sleepers like zolpidem. They take you to another planet, it's great.
