I work for Santa Monica I honk my horn at any1 Idc if it's against anything ppl can't drive and they need to understand Theres something that can tear yo shit up so to my fellow operator I give u my thumbs up

I don't blame this driver. I work for Capital Metro Transit in Austin TX. This driver was justified in his actions. We have very tight schedules to stick to, and he was more than likely behind and needed to catch up. The driver of the car in front of him was being a dumbass and the bus driver let him know. We have to keep to our ridiculous schedules, and people like that slow us down. It gets very frustrating

This is what we have been complaining about. There is something wrong with the training or supervision of Big Blue Bus operators.
California, among other states, has a prohibition against using the horn for anything except to prevent an accident (CVC 27701).
The video appears to be shot at the corner of Broadway and Ocean Blvd., just one block from the public offices of the Big Blue Bus at 223 Broadway.
I have witnessed or been riding buses that honked at Westwood and SM Blvd., etc.
